With full staff for first time all fall, some real progress made on reworking the website and the marketing publications. The plan remains the same for the new fall lineup: Fundamentals on Friday, Marketing Plan Updates on Monday, Technicals and Local Bid Analysis on Tuesday’s – all acting as a background for the Sales Recommendations that come out each Wednesday.October 11th, Week in Review October 8th – Marketing Plan Monday – outlining where we are in the in terms of price and sales to date. October 9th – Deferred “Real” Pricing – outlining the current bid with the most value in the spot or deferred months. Click for pdf. October 10th – Sales Wreck Wednesday – an actionable recommendation report. It is the culmination of all previously disseminated reports and in the end, the only “must read” in order to execute on J-MAS recommendations. Click pdf or webpage. The reports are still a bit busy but we will continue to clean them up as we aim for a November 1st, Report cycle and improved Website launch. Summary emails will be simplified and should be enough reading for some and a link to the more detailed reports for others. For now, we continue to throw out reports to keep garnering feedback.
