After having done a full presentation on the Rater itself Wednesday, we have just the bare bones Customer ratings uploaded in pdf format tonight – you should have gotten a text telling you which rotation is yours to maintain anonymity .
Not too much extra prose to go with the ratings yet but it was hockey day in Canada so time got a little compressed. Next week we will do a re-send with the information from Wednesday’s presentation on Phase 1 and Phase 2 in it and we’ll probably send that out in the mail.
The whole Rotation Rater concept is designed to inspire a dialogue so have a look and then get a hold of me next week to talk through some of the more interesting points. With where the average producer wants to be with rotation right now, it feels like the market will be handing out some surprises this year and this year’s Rater could be worth a million once again.
The one watch-out as highlighted at Wednesday’s meeting is that the high hopes we have for Pulses to assert leadership this year could be derailed completely if enough guys can’t get Nitrogen this spring. They may have no choice but to jump into Lentils and Peas in a big way.
